RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason other than a product defect.
Defective Item Policy
If you receive a defective item, please contact us promptly by emailing repscapitalclothing@gmail.com or sending us a direct message on Instagram @repscapitalco. Include clear photos of the defect so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
To be eligible for a return due to defect, items must:
-Be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any odors
-Have all original tags attached
-Be returned in their original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right to determine whether returned items are in sellable condition.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Note: We do not offer store credit or exchange items for non-defective reasons.
